I went to Dr.Jana Gainok for 2 years. I've been taking Suboxone. Been a rough.few years. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. As a patient trying to get your life back she is caring, respectful, does not judge, loving person. I moved out of state, not only lost my DR but lost my friend. If you are ready to get your life back-Go see her. That my friend will be the best decision you've ever made..

I've been going to Dr Weber and Dr Gainok(currently) for years! So many choices are out there these days but I've stuck with this practice because they are efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and warm! Most doctor offices are cold and unfeeling places that leave you feeling like you are just another body, another pain in the rear to have to listen to.

When I first began treatment with Dr Rae Ann Weber many years ago, I was nervous and totally new to this type of medicine. She made me feel comfortable and totally relieved! No rush, no pressure, none of the typical things I'm more accustomed to at my other doctors'. Now that I have transitioned to Dr Jana, I'm even MORE pleased with my treatment! Dr Jana is so warm and friendly and ALWAYS makes time to listen and discuss any problems you may be having - with her sunny disposition and the feeling that you're MORE than just a patient, you can't help but feel better! I actually look forward to each visit like I'm going to go visit with a good friend! I unreservedly recommend this practice to ANYONE that's been through the mediocre 'standard of care' doctor office, you WON'T regret the time you spend HERE, especially with Dr Jana! She's truly a special lady!

Common questions

A little clarity
can help.

You don’t need to know all the answers to start a conversation.

Ask us a question →
What is Suboxone?

Suboxone is a prescription medication containing buprenorphine and naloxone, used to treat opioid use disorder. It may help manage withdrawal and cravings. Jana will review whether it is appropriate for you.

How long will I need treatment?

There is no single timeline. Treatment duration is individualized, and some people benefit from long-term care. Any change or taper should be planned with your prescriber rather than done on your own.

Can I have appointments through telehealth?

Both in-person and telehealth visits are offered. Call to confirm whether a remote visit is appropriate for your location, evaluation, and ongoing treatment needs.

What does treatment cost? Do you take insurance?

Please call (719) 464-6752 for current visit fees, payment options, and insurance information. Ask about medication and any testing costs as well.

What should I have ready for my first visit?

Have a list of medications and supplements, relevant medical history, and any questions you want to discuss. Tell Jana about recent opioid use, alcohol, sedatives, and other substances so she can plan care safely. Call for specific intake instructions.

What if I’m already taking Suboxone?

Call to discuss your current prescription, treatment history, and interest in continuing care. An evaluation is needed before prescribing decisions are made.
